Karen is the leader of the Visual Communication major, an art department chair, and the advisor for the SPU chapter of AIGA. While Karen is our professor, we have all built meaningful and lasting relationships with her. Karen has helped us all improve our skills as designers and taught us how to think about things differently. We have enjoyed having Karen as our professor the past four years and are so grateful to have her. She pushes us to be better designers, students, and people.
